Information You Provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, business name (if provided), and message you enter.
Technical Information Collected Automatically
To keep the contact form secure and reliable, we also process a small amount of technical information when you submit it: the page the form was submitted from, timing information about the submission, a randomly generated submission identifier, and your IP address. This information is used only for spam and abuse prevention — for example, limiting how many submissions can come from the same source in a short period — and is not used to track or profile visitors. Your IP address is not stored in readable form; it is converted into a one-way cryptographic hash before being saved.
How Long We Keep Information
- Records used to detect excessive submissions are generally kept for about 10 minutes before being cleared.
- Temporary records of a submission, kept to ensure your message is delivered reliably and isn’t accidentally duplicated, are generally kept for about 48 hours. Cleanup of expired records happens as part of normal form activity rather than on a fixed schedule, so an individual record may occasionally persist briefly longer than 48 hours before it’s cleared.
- Once we receive your inquiry by email, that email may be kept in our inbox as part of our normal business correspondence and recordkeeping. There is no fixed schedule for deleting these emails.
Third Parties
We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send contact-form inquiries to us. Resend receives the information you submit — including your message and contact details — along with the technical data necessary to deliver that email.
Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Hosting providers typically process standard technical and server/access-log information as part of normal infrastructure operations. We are not able to make specific claims about that provider’s own logging or retention practices, as they occur outside of this website’s application.
We do not sell or rent information submitted through this website or use it for behavioral advertising.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use application-set cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, localStorage, or sessionStorage. This refers to how the website itself is built; it does not describe the separate technical operations of our hosting/infrastructure provider, which occur outside the application.
Security
Submissions are protected by a number of safeguards designed to prevent spam and abuse, including server-side validation, limits on request size and frequency, duplicate-submission protection, and secure (HTTPS/TLS) transmission. Sensitive configuration is kept outside the publicly accessible part of our website.
